Curtis Knight
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Knight is a career banker with over 20 years’ experience in the banking industry, having worked across several areas and divisions within the international banking sector. He has held many senior roles progressing from Relationship Manager at Citicorp Merchant Bank (Barbados) Limited, and Senior Client Relationship Manager at Scotiabank Barbados, to Head Corporate & Commercial Banking at Scotiabank Turks & Caicos. In August 2018, he was appointed Managing Director & Country Head for Scotiabank Turks & Caicos. From September 2020 to November 2023, he served as Head of Retail & Commercial Banking at First Citizens Bank (Barbados) where he held full responsibility for driving revenue generation across all business lines (retail, commercial, corporate, and electronic banking solutions).
Mr. Knight is an astute leader and highly adept at client relationship management. He has built a strong network of clients across the region having lived and worked in various Caribbean islands. Mr. Knight also completed a Leadership Rotation at Scotiabank in Toronto, working for a year in Corporate Credit Risk Management adjudicating on credit requests of varying sizes, and industries across Latin America, Eastern Caribbean and Guyana.
Mr. Knight attended Combermere School and holds a BSc Economics (Hons) from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill; a Diploma in Banking & Finance from Boston University; and an MSc Financial Analysis & Fund Management from the University of Exeter. He is the recipient of the Barbados National Development Scholarship, and the Caribbean Regional Intern Scholarship sponsored by the United States Agency for International Development (“USAID’). In his spare time, he enjoys a good game of basketball and soccer.
Neesa Alleyne
Operations Manager
Neesa Alleyne is an Operations Manager at CAPITA Financial Services Inc. and is very results-driven with extensive experience in operations and customer service management. She has a proven track record in leading teams, ensuring efficient service delivery, and driving improvements in client relationships, compliance, and performance. Neesa has managed teams in high-volume environments and successfully implemented strategies to enhance customer service and branch performance.
Neesa Alleyne was the Customer Service Manager at FirstCaribbean International Bank from 2012 to 2018. Between 2018 and 2019 Mrs. Alleyne was the Manager in charge of Client Services at the FirstCaribbean International Wealth Bank.
In 2003 Mrs. Alleyne earned her BSc in Public Sector Management from the University of the West Indies and continued her studies at Edinburgh Napier University in 2020 earing her MBA in Banking.
