A Legacy of Growth and Transformation
Effective August 2010, CAPITA Financial Services Inc. (the “Head Office”), an entity incorporated in Barbados and registered under Part III of the Financial Institutions Act, Cap 324A., purchased CAPITA Financial Services Inc. (St. Lucia Branch) (“the Branch”), an entity licensed under Section 3 (3) of the Banking Act 2015 of Saint Lucia to carry on banking business in the Eastern Caribbean Currency Union. Its ultimate parent is Barbados Public Workers’ Cooperative Credit Union Limited (BPWCCUL), a company incorporated in Barbados.
As part of the BPWCCUL Group, Capita Financial benefits from a strong foundation of cooperative values combined with the forward-thinking strategies of a modern financial institution.
