Terms and Conditions The minimum deposit amount required to open a term deposit account is $1,000.00. Interest is calculated based on the specified interest rate and is credited to your account according to the selected frequency. Whereas CAPITA does not recommend that the Term Deposit facility be broken, early access to deposits may be allowed in the event of an emergency necessitating a withdrawal. However, early redemption is subject to the penalty charges as specified above. The term deposit will automatically renew for the same duration at the prevailing interest rate if no instructions are provided before maturity.
