Caroline Michelle Marquetta Woodroffe-Holder is an experienced educational leader and information management specialist. As Assistant Registrar at Barbados Community College, she oversees academic administration and curriculum development.

She holds a Doctor of Education in Higher Educational Leadership from the University of the West Indies and a Master’s in Information and Library Studies from The Robert Gordon University. With over 20 years of experience, Caroline excels in records management, cataloging, and research services.

A dedicated advocate for education and lifelong learning, Caroline actively contributes to the Library Association of Barbados and the St. Joseph Parish Independence Committee
