Glyne Harrison has been working as a Group Chief Executive Officer at Barbados Public Workers’ Co-operative Credit Union for 6 years. A previous CEO of First Citizens Bank (Barbados) Ltd. For 4 years he has more than n 25 years of experience in the banking industry, and has held leadership positions in retail banking, corporate performance management, strategic leadership and customer relations. Prior to assuming the post of acting CEO, Harrison was a senior manager of Butterfield Bank where he was a member of the executive management committee with direct responsibilities for the retail banking and banking operations divisions. He maintains directorships on several boards. Harrison is a certified management accountant, as well as the holder of an honors undergraduate degree in Economics and Management from the University of the West Indies, a post graduate diploma in Management Studies from the Herriott-Walt University and a Master’s Degree in Financial Services Management from the University of Surrey.
