Marion, with more than fifteen years of experience, offers a distinctive combination of skills as both an experienced Accountant and a Rewards and Recognition Specialist. She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Sector Management from the University of the West Indies, along with an MBA (with distinction) from the University of Surrey, UK. Additionally, Marion is a certified Level IV Assessor of Management and Leadership under the Caribbean/National Vocational Qualification Programme (CVQ/NVQ).

In her role as an Accountant, she has extensive experience in financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting across various sectors, providing actionable insights that promote business growth. To further her professional development, Marion has recently completed the Certified IFRS Specialist course on ESG Reporting with the IBEForuM.

Complementing Marion’s financial acumen, she is passionate about employee engagement. As a Rewards & Recognition Specialist, she has designed and implemented productivity improvement programs, performance appraisal systems, and performance-based incentive programs in Barbados and the wider Caribbean, all aimed at celebrating achievements, reinforcing company values, and enhancing morale.

Marion also holds certifications in Improving Performance with Variable Pay, Job Analysis, Job Documentation and Job Evaluation, Total Rewards Management, and Base Pay Administration and Pay for Performance from World at Work, USA.
