Maureen Graham is a retired Founder and Managing Director of IMPS Assurance Broker Ltd.

She is a seasoned leader with over 38 years of experience in the insurance industry. She founded and led IMPS Assurance Broker Ltd. from 1982 to 2020, overseeing operations and setting strategic direction. A Fellow of the Life Management Institute (FLMI), she has also held prominent leadership roles, including President of the Brokers Association of Barbados and Chairman of both the Child Care Board and the National Cultural Foundation.

A dedicated community leader, Maureen has been an active member of the Lion’s Club since 1985 and is a Certified Guiding Lion. She is committed to excellence, strategic collaboration, and teamwork, with a strong focus on community development.
