Virginia Irene Sandiford-Garner is a results-oriented professional with extensive experience in journalism, marketing, and public service. She has held roles as a journalist, marketing officer, and Barbados Government Senator and Parliamentary Secretary.

She holds Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Cave Hill School of Business and a MBA from UWI Cave Hill, a Certificate in Marketing from CIM (UK), and completed the CUNA Management School program.

Virginia currently serves as a Board Member of the Barbados Association of Retired Persons (BARP), contributing her skills to community service.
