Wendy Knight-Hunte, BSM, J.P. is a committed community leader and experienced professional with over 40 years at the Bank of Nova Scotia. A long-standing member of the Barbados Labour Party (BLP), she serves as Assistant General Secretary and former President of the Women’s League. Wendy was also the former Vice President of the Shamrock Co-Operative Credit Union, the first Credit Union in Barbados.

Wendy is active in various organizations, including Vice President of the Kiwanis Club of Barbados Central and Barbados Reiki Association. She has received the Barbados Service Medal, Milroy Reece Award, and two BLP constituency awards.

She enjoys singing, gardening, and beach walks.
